We are actively seeking candidates for a full time HR Support Employee Services Representative position. As a member of the Tier 2 group, he/she will be part of the centralized HR Support Team providing support to the general US employee and manager population along with our internal HR clients. In addition, this position will help manage and support the offshore vendor group responsible for Tier 1 HR work. This position also functions as a subject matter expert in Tier 2 duties and an escalation point for Tier 1.

The ideal candidate is committed to providing an excellent service delivery model, is strong in customer service in both a Shared Services model and face to face, has well-honed independent judgment and critical thinking skills. The candidate can communicate with all levels in the organization and has experience working in environments where priorities can shift with little notice.

Minimum 3 Years of Human Resource Experience with BS and/or equivalent experience with emphasis in HR preferred
Strong Project Management skills and ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.
Team player willing to be flexible to meet business needs.
Knowledge/experience in Success Factors preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.

Duties (including but not limited to):
Assist in administering Employee Life Cycle Transactions and Changes (ELC)
Onboard regular Lam employees and managers including facilitating the Day 1 activities
Offboard regular Lam employees and managers including supporting termination transactions and the end to end exit process
Assist in managing HR tickets in the centralized case management system (ServiceNow)
Participate in business process improvement by identifying gaps/inefficiencies and providing required support to create processes and resources to address these areas.
Implements and administers human resources programs, policies, and practices in a shared-services HR model
Act as a Tier 2 escalation point in providing guidance/status to managers, administrators, employees on general HR inquiries
Function as an escalation point for Tier 1 in relation to employee or manager queries or requests as well as Employee Life Cycle Transaction such as Data Processing or Verification of Employment Letters
Present portions of New Hire Orientation and assist with preparation related to set up, material ordering, etc.
Other support and administrative duties as required.
