Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Prisma Health Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Telehealth and Digital Engagement infrastructure utilizing emerging health industry strategies. Establish and execute a strategy for Digital Signage and Wayfinding maintaining and pushing the technology and resources in the space to innovate. Ensure Prisma Health production, telehealth and engagement solutions are monitored and managed to maximize system performance and availability. Support the plans and execution of digital engagement functions. Execute the design and implementation of the organizations CRM solutions, promoting highly integrated and streamlined business functions. Lead the design and strategy for Prisma Health governance for telehealth systems initiatives, digital engagement activity and new project prioritization. Continuously updates telehealth and digital engagement strategies in support of changing health system and technology requirements and trends.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports..
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Clinical Engineering, or Business

Minimum Experience
7 years - System integration, clinical data repositories, clinical portals, database management, technical staff management, application development.

Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)

Master's Degree - Preferred

Epic or Cerner IT Experience - Preferred

Telehealth Systems Experience - Preferred
