Hammer is a fully remote company, and this is a full-time position where you will work from home. While this is a remote position you must live in Texas. You must have a suitable workspace where you will be making a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers for eight hours per day. We are looking for people who are capable of making 100+ calls per day with a minimum of two hours of talk time. You must be comfortable with these metrics as we know they are key components to our success formula. We will provide you with an Apple computer and a $50 monthly phone/high-speed internet allowance.
Compensation for this role is $12/hour plus very generous, uncapped commissions. Don't let the small hourly base fool you. Our average reps. made over $100K in 2019, and our top producers made over $200k. Our compensation is designed to pay for performance.
Meeting quota will net an average rep. between $11K - $14K monthly. Top performers will make considerably more. We are offering a $1,500 recoverable draw for the first two months of employment to help you get ramped up to earning big commissions.

Your day to day duties:
- Start your day with an 8:00 am team meeting via zoom
- Participate in training both individually and as a group
- Cold call dealerships via HubSpot, and follow-up with leads in your pipeline
- Present Hammer’s value proposition and seek out true buying objections
- Hand-off calls dynamically to experienced managers and closers (especially early on)
- Be open to constructive feedback and be vocal about areas where you need help
- Be trustworthy and diligent in meeting your daily call and talk time metrics
