Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients seeking health insurance coverage during Open Enrollment and throughout the year.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to ensure clients receive affordable insurance tailored to their unique situations.
- Become a subject matter expert in multiple health insurance plan products.
- Commit to continuous learning and self-improvement to stay at the forefront of your field.
- Ensure all client interactions are accurately documented and compliant with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- A passion for helping others navigate the healthcare enrollment process.
- You must have the following licenses: 2-15, 2-40 or 2-20
- Call center sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Clean background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask and have basic computer skills / data entry.
- Self starter and self-motivated
