Established chiropractic office in Bethel Park is looking for an energetic and personable team member to coordinate front desk activities with phones, patients, scheduling and insurance verifications. Hours are M-W-F and approximately 20-25 hrs. per week. Split shift is a possiblity. Experience and computer knowledge is helpful but not necessary.
Summary
As a Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist/Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and exceptional patient service. Your core skills in medical office experience, computer proficiency, and clerical duties will be instrumental in managing front desk operations and medical records efficiently. With premium skills in medical terminology, EMR systems, and HIPAA compliance, you will ensure accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
