Full Job Description
Oversee and plan all architectural aspects of construction projects. Provide overall guidance on objectives and concepts for construction projects. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentor and may supervise team members.
Experience with performing architectural surveys, collecting requirements, and interfacing with government project managers, building maintenance contractors, general contractors, or other personnel
Experience in assisting with design reviews of projects and developing high-level construction costs using historical and research data
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
