We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist - Graphics to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans designed to increase brand awareness and promote our products.

This position requires the brain of a marketer, the hard skills of a graphic designer, and the patience of a master communicator. You will work with your fellow marketing team members to bring to life marketing campaigns with graphic, video, and email designs that are in line with our brand and our products. As the only graphic designer in our department, you will also work closely with the graphic designers on the production team in both shepherding and assigning projects and communicating marketing’s goals.

This work will be critical for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Primary responsibilities

Assist in the creation and management of marketing collateral, specifically in conceptualizing and creating graphic, video, and email design projects for a wide variety of platforms
Create and help maintain a marketing design calendar to ensure completion of products within proposed deadlines.
Add to and help maintain in-house electronic libraries of all graphic art created
Assist with events booth design, setup, and video and photography of said events; upload materials to website and social media
Review and proof all content and materials upon delivery for correctness and resolve inconsistencies or deficiencies
Assist with general marketing tasks, including messaging/writing, data collection and analysis through Salesforce and Pardot, and more.
Requirements

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

2+ years of experience in marketing graphics or related positions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Premiere Pro
Experience in social media marketing and ad content design for different social media platforms
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot, online analytics, HTML, Google Adwords, and MS Office
Up to 25% air and auto travel may be required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
