INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – OUTBOUND CALLING

We're looking for talented, motivated, and coachable team members to join our sales team and build a pipeline of prospects. The right candidate will be comfortable contacting decision-makers via phone, setting appointments for our outside Territory Managers, following up on inbound leads, and identifying new opportunities effectively using phone and email. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will explain the value our software brings to dental practices, helping to expand their patient revenue, raise their level of patient care, and provide a better experience for the patient.
CAN YOU BRING THIS TO THE TABLE?
- Keen capacity to regularly identify new ways of reaching prospects
- Passion for telephone cold calling (50+ per day) and scheduling demos for prospective clients
- Polished and professional written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player
- Minimum of 1-year outbound consumer sales experience with a demonstrable production record
- Proficient with MS Office and most common computer programs
- Access to the internet
- Self-generator and self-starter
- Excellent time management skills
- High school education or more
- Sales training or clinical dental experience is a plus!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; conduct initial consultation; describe Empower DDS, and explain how the Empower DDS platform can benefit the customer's office.
- Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts.
- Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
- Average 60-90 calls daily with 3-5 hours of quality phone time daily.
