As Head of Marketing you will manage our largest clients and also be responsible for constantly innovating all tactics within our digital marketing strategy to achieve maximum ROI with minimum spend.

You will test the most innovative new strategies with our clients, ensuring we stay at the forefront of digital marketing. You will then create systems and processes that the rest of the team can use with their own clients.


  • Research, identify and develop new strategies that can be implemented across our entire portfolio of clients
  • Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Bing and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI
  • Build relationships with clients and become entrenched in their business so we grow with them
  • Be the principal point of contact for a portfolio of clients, with the aim of implementing clients requests in a timely manner
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization
  • Educate clients on our strategy and tactics
  • Work with internal teams to improve speed and quality of processes
  • Upskill the team in the latest advertising strategies
  • Manage the entire landing page design + development process including copywriting, design, development, analytics and launch
  • Keep abreast of changes and identify opportunities within the online marketing industry for both WP and their clients benefit
  • Ad hoc administrative and project tasks

Experience & Skills

  • The successful candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in Adwords & Facebook Ads
  • Experience managing multiple projects and employees
  • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Experience working at a remote organization
  • Sound understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization principles
  • An analytical mindset
  • Expert understanding of the English language, including written and verbal skills
  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Be self-motivated, confident and energetic
  • Ability to operate under constant pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to take on responsibilities and to work autonomously as required
  • Ability to multitask while juggling priorities
  • Ability to deliver creative and innovative thought

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
