Role Summary:
Role Summary:
Developing the global strategy for the F&PT business to facilitate selling to or through partners and distributors. The role includes managing of the team of channel sales support and channel development.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Develop midterm vision own function in relation to the F&PT business
Major contribution to the strategic plan of higher unit (be it function or business unit)
Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used
Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions
Department is involved in large project and aftermarket sales

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience
Considerable experience in Sales

Desired Characteristics:
Considerable experience in Sales with preference to Channel Sales experience
Understanding of the valve business preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established commercial management skills
