Position Summary:

  • Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and outside parties
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making with the goal of managing capital efficiently and effectively
  • Investigate questions, analyze data, interpret policies, make recommendations to management, and consult with other departments on complex issues and financial transactions

Primary Functions:


  • Cultivate and maintain good relations with clients, fellow employees, and general business community.

  • Support the asset management process of project budgets including creating, managing, and administering project models
  • Perform detailed financial underwriting of projects and report findings to management team
  • Prepare financial related presentations and present results, including compilation and review of financial plans and budgets, to a non-financial audience
  • Conduct project refinance and sales feasibility analysis
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics for individual projects
  • Understand real estate fund organizational structure and legal documents and relate to finance operations and strategy
  • Provide quarterly reforecast of fund portfolio at project level
  • Prepare debt packages, analyze refinancing options, respond to banking requests

· Work with the accounting group on compliance withloan agreements, equity agreements and ground leases

· Assist in the creation of disposition plans andassist in the preparing and marketing of assets for sale

· Assist in securing debt on various projects within TDREFI, as well as refinances for legacy Titan assets

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge and experience with forecasting, real estate financial models, operating budgets, financial statements, and financial analysis processes

· Ability to understand real estate fund organizationalstructure and legal documents and relate to finance operations and strategy

· Knowledge of Operational and Financial Reporting,investment return analysis

· Must possess high attention to detail and very strongorganizational skills

· Strong communication skills, both written andverbal

· Strong real estate underwriting skills


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a financial/data analyst
  • Knowledge of real estate structures and transactions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related field a plus
