DIRECT EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
5 to 7+ Years managing end-to-end global technology projects, particularly around technology infrastructure, security enablement, and cloud readiness.
Experience with leading large-scale projects that have a high degree of technology requirements and enablement for the business. The focus will be on Infrastructure Operations and Security projects.
Extensive stakeholder management capabilities to communicate effectively with internal key resources so that senior executives, technology and business leaders as well as impacted employees feel as though they have adequate knowledge of scope and schedule milestones, progress updates and what is required of them.
Extensive project management experience creating effective project processes for end-to-end program delivery, addressing difficult conversations, building trust across the organization, recognizing and managing cross-initiative dependencies, properly managing risks and change management, ensuring the program is aligned to deliver a quality project on time.
Demonstrated and in-depth working knowledge and experience with transformation strategy and execution at an Organizational/Business level; be able to provide input/direction to assist Executives and Business Owners with identifying opportunities for process improvements and enabling adoption
Knowledge and experience managing projects within the triple constraints: Schedule, Scope, and Budget.
Experience coordinating the development of Project Plans, Project Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, and management of RAID and Risk logs.
Experience with project management tools such MS Project.
Formal project management or business training and/or certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum/Agile, SAFe, Lean).
INDIRECT EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
Experience marrying a myriad of frameworks to select the right delivery approach (e.g. how are we looking at Agile, Waterfall, business requirement gathering in partnership with Project Management).
Working experience with Change Management capabilities to capture project deliverables and changes occurring while transitioning the business.
DESIRED (PREFERRED – WILL SEPARATE THEMSELVES FROM THE REST OF THE CANDIDATES)
Experience working within a strategic transformation program for a global enterprise. Hands on lead or project manager experience desired.
Prior experience in a technical role within an enterprise desired.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of fundamentals of Servers, Networking, Voice, Email, or Cloud technologies, as well as software development lifecycles.

Team-oriented individual willing to share and contribute knowledge with the team.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, manager, subject matter experts and other project stakeholders.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Must be effective in working independently and in a team setting
Must have the ability to understand and actively problem solve direct and indirect components and dependencies
Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate technologies to technical and non-technical personnel
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Technology certification strongly preferred
Experience in vendor management preferred
Ability to identify and make pro-actively value-added recommendations
