Your Impact
Quickmed Diagnostic, Inc. is seeking an overnight Laboratory Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will create a seamless experience for our clients and customers by answering questions and resolving emerging problems accurately and efficiently. Our ideal candidate has the ability to troubleshoot internal system issues, along with being proactive and patient. This person is genuinely excited to help clients and customers and responds to urgent matters and competing priorities with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Handle clients and customer questions and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage and triage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
- Lead, edit, and update laboratory information system with sensitive patient sample information
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Convey result information and lab delays to clients
- Analyze technical problems from a user and developer perspective
- Ensure constant, open, and effective communication with laboratory supervisors
- Communicate with external B2B customers for test result enquires
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelors Degree required
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative for Sameday Health
- Knowledge of medical and scientific terminology
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and high-quality customer service over the phone
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
