Responsibilities include registration of guests, check-in/check-out, arranging for special guest accommodations, coordination with Public Relations, WakeMed Heart Center departments, private physician's offices and other departments with-in the hospital regarding guest needs, guest billing, managing Guest Resource Center and daily operations of the Inn.
