Full Job Description
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator in Reston, Virginia. This ideal candidate will have both an understanding of the Federal Government Contracting process and a basic understanding of accounting, finance and contracting principles. This individual will be integrated with the Contracts team but will work cross functionally to support other areas of the business operations team as needed.
What you’ll do…
You will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and retention of corporate contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements and other tools utilized by the contracts department for effective Contract Management. This position will be responsible for establishing an effective means of contract retention, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the overall integration of proper contracting practices across a diverse organization.
The work will be primarily administrative in nature with a focus on growth and development in the field of Contracts Management. Depending on the candidate, the role could include more in-depth work and integration within other departments within the organization.

Have 1-3 years of experience working with a support contractor focusing on Federal Government requirements.
Have experience in the following areas:
Have ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Attitude and aptitude are key. These traits trump all others.
This position requires the candidate to have an active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain that US government security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance, you need to be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.

FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.…)
Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
Interest and/or experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
Experience in mobile telecom space
