Florida Express is a growing company where we are “Customer Service Dedicated, Environmentally Responsible.” We are looking for a clerical personnel to join our team. This role would be suitable for someone with accounting and clerical experience.

As a clerical assistant, you will:
Assists in accounting department
Filing and other duties as assigned
Prepare customer invoices for mailing and operate postage machine
Box up accounting files for archived filing
Perform general administration tasks
Support other departments
Assist in other projects as needed
Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely, complete, and accurate manner

Experience & Skills Requirements:
General accounting skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills
A warm, approachable manner
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Experience using MS office software-Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience using database management systems
Knowledge of computer applications (Excel preferred)
Knowledge of clerical skills, general clerical experience
Data entry skills
Ability to multi task and good organization skills
Ability to use 10-key
Valid Florida Driver’s License
