Position Overview:
As a BizFi Small Business Finance Specialist, you'll earn certification through the Small Business Finance Association (SBFA), gaining much more than just a credential. Our comprehensive program ensures you continue to learn, grow, and excel long after initial certification, benefiting both the industry and the small businesses we serve.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex financial needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred (but not required):
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of business financial statements
Compensation:
- Commission range: $84,000 - $240,000 per year (depending on performance)
