Human Resources Assistant - TEMP

Specific Responsibilities
Support the recruiting team with administrative task including: posting jobs on career sites, scheduling initial candidate interviews with recruiting team and hiring managers
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
Partner with recruiting team on drafting offer letters
Assist with coordinating the Company’s annual summer internship program as requested
Other Ad hoc projects/events
Keep a high level of confidentiality at all times
Skills and Requirements
Ability to commit to an assignment estimated to last approximately 3 months.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative position, experience in human resources and/or recruiting strongly preferred
Highly proficient with Excel
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCIMS experience preferred
Organized and able to multitask
People-oriented and ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment
Strong verbal and communication skills
