Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice, proudly celebrating 40 years of service, is looking for an individual who is energetic, compassionate and caring, takes time to listen, and is comfortable sharing the vision of the organization with the community.
Primary responsibilities will be to provide leadership and support to staff, advise the Board of Directors through financial reporting, policy/procedure development and strategic planning, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and build solid relationships with the communities that we serve.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, with an emphasis in Business Administration/Finance or related field, a minimum of 3 – 5 years of leadership experience preferred, non-profit administrative experience a plus and excellent oral and written communication skills.
