Best Venues is a venue sourcing and event management agency with a unique, fresh, concept. Based in Manhattan, we specialize in venue finding and work only with luxurious hotels, unique restaurants, and unusual or funky event spaces

We are looking for passionate go-getters who want to learn and grow within the hospitality & event planning industry.

Passion for hospitality and interest in new and upcoming spaces are a must!

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries with immediacy

Research and contact clients to understand and anticipate their event needs

Source recommendations for clients by match event needs with space options

Oversee event progress through execution:

o Contacting clients

o Sourcing venues

o Attending site visits

o Negotiating contracts

o IF NECESSARY: assist with event planning packages

o Post event follow-up

Maintain relationships with Best Venues members and extended network

Identify and approach new venues to evaluate for potential partnership

Provide sales and marketing outreach support

Maintain Best Venues databases

Maintain and update Best Venues website

Work within sales system including data entry, analysis, and reporting


Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Example 1: Can you comfortably pick up the phone and call new venues to pitch Best Venues' services?

o Example 2: Can you adapt your communication style to suit different audiences?

o Example 3: If you are given a task and aren't quite sure how to go about it, how do you proceed?

Flexibility. We will try to give you structure, but the truth is that early stage startups are nutty and you will be doing all kinds of things

Preferred Skills:

Prior lead generation experience

Familiarity with traditional and social media marketing techniques


Zoho CRM

Microsoft Office Suite



This is a paid opportunity with the opportunity to earn commission.
