Recruiter Coordinator:

The McIntyre Group is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Corporate Recruiting team. This person is a flexible problem solver who is capable of troubleshooting issues with lightning accuracy. In this role, you will be the primary administrative support delivering outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of accountability, emotional intelligence and confidentiality who can support a team throughout the recruiting lifecycle.


  • Coordinate all interviews including domestic and international travel arrangements, reimbursements, calendars, room reservation
  • Partner with HRBP’s to create and route requisitions for approval
  • Maintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies, practices, and applicable laws
  • Process Workday offers, hiring and onboarding as well as conducting background checks and helping to regulate reference checks
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to new hire candidates
  • Offer backup coordination and scheduling support to VP

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative support roles
  • WorkDay HRMS experience a must, with additional CRM experience a plus with tools such as Avature
  • Solid technical experience with full MS Suite
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
