Overview
F.H. Cann and Associates is hiring exceptional Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will be in support of a state-wide program. The Project Operation Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 hour shifts between 8:00 am -7:00 pm EST.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and assistance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Operate multiple applications, databases, and computer programs.
- Ability to absorb or create best practices to provide a great customer experience
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in Call Center
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proficiency with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook email, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening
