Qualified candidates must be a results-driven sales representative in order to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Candidate must be able to sell the 1800 WATER DAMAGE brand utilizing accepted 1800 WATER DAMAGE practices and marketing material. You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate.
Responsible for locating new opportunities for BELFOR FRANCHISE GROUP brands, by visiting existing and new customers.
Must be responsive to the customer's needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers -- agents, adjusters, and property management groups.
Assist with daily operation of the office's marketing efforts
Generate sales and potential opportunities by representing the company at industry related conventions, trade shows, exhibit booths, golf outings and other marketing events.
Set up and take down Marketing displays as needed
Provide quantitative data to support results of Marketing events to management
Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.
Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire BELFOR FRANCHISE GROUP organization. Scheduling lunches/dinners with potential and current clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify and network with new sales prospects.
Make sales presentations to various groups when needed.
Establish appointments, register the company for events, send out and/or drop off promotional materials.
Manage marketing calendar of events scheduled for the office
Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Attend 1800 WATER DAMAGE sponsored operations and safety training courses as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 25% to 50% of the time)
Standing for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
