Subject matter expert on MRP/ERP systems that maintains inventory accuracy of all inventory, including raw materials and intermediate forms. Performs audits and reconciles discrepancies while coordinating and maintaining communication with all necessary parties. Has a deep understand of MR/ERP and OS&D systems to facilitate analysis, interface with users, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
Subject matter expert on MRP/ERP systems (JDE, SAP, etc.), able to develop training on systems and train others
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of OS&D systems
Monitors and maintains the integrity of current inventory levels, maintains records of all inventory, and investigates inventory shortages and discrepancies on a daily and weekly basis
Ability to demonstrate substantial competence in performing inventory transactions, recognizing inaccuracies and capability to resolve inventory issues in an MRP system with communication to all affected individuals/departments
Maintain accurate inventory records across the supply chain, including individual records involving variances and inventory processing errors
Record cycle counts, maintain database(s), coordinate and/or perform physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock to computer-generated reports
Develops, writes, and maintains process documentation and SOPs for inventory control process and procedures
Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity, including management and analysis of the inventory synchronization process between all systems and departments
Actively pursues and implements industry best practices for inventory maintenance, reconciliations, and systems
Provide suggestions on improvements to the inventory and data systems for improved accuracy and continuous improvement
Develops, maintains, and evaluates queries and reports to pulls system data for internal and external inventory activities and routes effectively to productivity, supply chain, inventory control, EOE, and finance so data integrity and traceability are maintained
Develop new applications and tools as well as ad hoc and refreshable reports to help with root cause analysis or to streamline related processes
Conduct audits, including physical and data audits, on inventory and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain appropriate and essential communications with internal and external team members to facilitate inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement
Work with customer service staff and other members of the warehouse, as necessary
Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, management, and staff to produce positive results and sustain relationships
Third Party Logistics reconciliations and invoices
Actively participate on EOE Teams that improve workplace safety, reduce waste and improve factory efficiencies
Adhere to ERU food safety policies and all government food safety and sanitation regulations (ex. FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA)
Performs all other duties as assigne

May Also:
Use of forklifts and electric hand jacks in a safe and efficient manner, obeying all operating procedures and safety regulations.
Completing daily forklift inspections, complying with OSHA regulations
Manage efficient product moves within Refrigerators
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
3-5 years of experience in managing inventory, raw materials, etc.
Solid understanding of distribution environments, including purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations
Good interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Advanced computer skills including MRP/ERP, Microsoft Office, Access; JDE experience preferred
Excellent written, with the ability to write reports, business correspondences, and procedural manuals
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
