Our recruiters are always networking and on the hunt for the best digital, creative, and marketing talent.
Partner with recruitment specialists to manage effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing to build talent pipelines.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
While working within our existing recruitment process, recommend fresh ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
We’re looking for a recruiter who approaches their work with passion and purpose.
You possess a strong ability to screen, interview and prepare candidates for upcoming freelance, contract, project and temp to hire opportunities.
You have demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing social media for recruiting initiatives
Bring experience implementing branding and marketing initiatives to drive recruiting strategies
Superior interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to self-direct
Have previous experience in the creative staffing industry, ideally 1+ years as a Recruiter in an agency or in-house.
If not, you have an interest in staffing, are eager to learn and passionate about the industry
Ability to interact with candidates via our internal database, job boards, social networking, portfolio sites and networking events.

Bachelor’s degree and recent graduates we want to hear from you!
Ability to consistently identify and engage talented candidates across multiple disciplines with the digital, creative and marketing industry
Business acumen and the ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies
Project management skills and the ability to execute large-scale recruitment efforts
