Responsibilities

NCI: As a Cybersecurity Analyst/System Administrator, you will provide RMF support and conduct system administration and maintenance on the workstations, servers, and network devices that comprise the EEDRS system enclave in both a physical and virtualized environment. This includes creating a new approved baseline, making any changes necessary to meet the current Security Configuration Guide (SCG), and applying patches as required to comply with the current Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) program. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. This position is located in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Highlights of Responsibilities:
Develops and reviews for compliance documentation such as Configuration Management Plans, Network Infrastructure Plans, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and all supporting artifacts relating to RMF A&A activities
Identifies mitigating controls for identified risks and proposes additional mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities
Applies and evaluates a wide array of IT devices for Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance using ACAS/ Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, and manual checklist reviews
Develops and reviews deliverables such as the SAR, RMF recommendation memorandum, etc.
Performs full system backups as required
Qualifications

Requirements:
Current/active Secret clearance.
HS + 4 years of Cybersecurity experience or AA/AS + 2 or BA/BS in a related field
IASAE II certification required (CISSP, CASP, or CSSLP)
Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server expertise is required
Ability to work independently and report to the PM, Government Security Engineer, and Technical Monitor as required

Preferred Education and Experience:
Additional Computing environment certification preferred (MCITP, CCNA, CEH, A+, etc)
Scripting experience
