The Assistant Vice President for Solution Management Healthcare Consulting will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for existing client portfolios to ensure growth and profitability, effectively manage client relationships, facilitate delivery and drive client and employee satisfaction, will also help build out new healthcare opportunities.
The Assistant Vice President for Solution Management Healthcare Consulting is responsible for achieving the assigned annual revenue quota by actively managing the client relationship. This includes:
Understand the healthcare market, and how to create new opportunities within the enterprises data management space
Develop specific sales plans for each account so they can maintain business and where possible, increase the sales volume
Work to increase revenue by identifying additional products to complement what is currently sold to the existing customer base
Translate clients’ strategic requirements into EXL-enabled solutions. Work with others to achieve better results and forge close working relationships and alliances in order to get things accomplished (for the client)
Drive the creation and execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
Continuously keep track of client needs, gauge client satisfaction and expand client contacts
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers
Orchestrate EXL’s services into solutions that meet client’s business objectives, while delivering measurable results
Work closely with delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations
Develop Sales and Pre-Sales professionals to effectively position and sell our solutions and services
Effectively and proactively manage client’s expectations, build deep client partnerships, and develop excellent communication and executive presence to connect at all levels in the organization
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering; Master’s degree or higher a plus, especially an MBA
10+ years experience in this field, preferred but not required
15+ years of experience working in the enterprise software market
2+ years project management
3+ years supervising and managing professionals in the enterprise software market
Experience in managing & growing long term complex multimillion-dollar accounts; services or solutions
Experience in a similar vertical/domain; having managed relationship at CXO level
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Business Intelligence, Data Management, including Data Quality and Master Data Management, Data Integration, Healthcare Analytics
Enterprise data and information Governance, setting up IGC’s
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at a senior management level
Ability to listen actively and think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and proven ability to influence externally and internally
Broad functional knowledge within the sector and the ability to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders on their specific pain-points; build meaningful internal and external relationships
Strong sales process & operations skills (pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)
Proven track record of success meeting revenue goals and managing multiple clients
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines
Leadership throughout the team
Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Works in a normal office environment requiring light physical effort by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
Works with standard office equipment (such as phone, fax and personal computer).
Ability to navigate stairs frequently during a business day in various work locations.
Sitting at desk for most of day and working with computer.
