LMS Administrator

Ensure the training needs for the business are being met through the continued development of training materials and content delivery. Develop and enhance procedures, processes and systems used by various areas of the business to gain the knowledge needed to create appropriate training materials. Work independently as well as in a group setting.

Responsibilities

LMS Administrator - Content Development:
Work with the Training Team to create and deliver content materials.
Work with the Training Team to implement new systems and testing materials.
Update and modify training materials as needed.
Assist with training material development and training plans.

LMS Administrator - Training – Hands On:
Work with the Training Team to schedule and prepare for New Hire training classes, including administrative tasks such as ensuring proper paperwork, correspondence and logins for systems are set up.

Coaching:
Participate in the Q/A process and provide feedback as necessary.
Assist with refresher training and coaching.
Coach trainees and provide feedback to the Training Team and appropriate Managers.
Work with trainees and provide support during “Nesting”. Evaluate and provide feedback related to training effectiveness.
Qualifications

Background and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of training experience.
LMS Administration experience.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
Experience in using Power Point, Word and Articulate
