Key responsibilities for this new position:
Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to direct reports
Lead staff and labor relations functions including the organization and execution of investigations into policy violations, union grievances and general concerns.
Advise and counsel leaders and staff on work related issues, Neighborcare policy, and Federal, State, and local employment laws.
Provide coaching to develop effective leaders at all levels of the organization
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders to cultivate a culture that reflects the Core Values and Service Commitments of the organization and to ensure Human Resource strategies, processes and practices are effectively implemented.
Partner with leaders on organizational design, organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team member engagement, performance, and retention.
Oversee record keeping process to ensure accurate records are maintained, including personnel files, records of benefits plans participation, and the processing of promotions, transfers, salary changes, supervisor changes and terminations.
Serve as subject matter expert for leaves of absence, FMLA and ADA topics and provides oversight of outsourced leave of absence administration.
In partnership with the Sr Director Human Resources, build and maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
Ensure compliance with all existing governmental and labor reporting requirements.

Deep understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Preferred: HR Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
Minimum: Five (5) years' experience in a Human Resources Management role. Three(3) years' supervisory experience
Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare
