This position provides administrative support to the Industrial Athlete program. Key responsibilities include tracking of key Industrial Athlete initiatives (e.g. working with project managers, documenting progress, engaging Program Managers to gather needed information); preparing program data and metrics for internal program review as well as for customer report-outs; representing Industrial Athlete on teams as needed; maintaining the supplier badging process; coordinating and hosting supplier quarterly reviews; updating the Industrial Athlete website dashboard, and communications materials as needed; preparing supplier invoices for approval; creating and distributing communications to the Industrial Athlete team; maintaining the Industrial Athlete GRP Mailbox; works closely with the Industrial Athlete manager to ensure efficient program operations and support to site Program Managers.

Basic Qualifications(Required):
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee."
A bachelor's degree or higher
One or more years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Sharepoint
Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
Experience in collecting data from multiple sources to create reports
Understanding of LEAN+ principles and how to apply them for process improvement
Familiarity with project management principles and ability to track progress on projects

Desired Qualifications (Preferred):
Passionate about employee well being and workplace safety
Familiarity with principles of statistical analysis
Experience in Finance, Project Management, Supplier Management or Business Operations
Track record of success in working with a diverse group of people across multiple sites
Knowledge of web site functionality
Skill in developing and presenting slides that effectively portray program data
Ability to use internal systems to assist with supplier bill payment, badging, and setting new employees up with exchange and email accounts
Ability to work independently, foresee key program needs, and reach out to applicable groups/individuals for needed information/assistance
