Digital Marketing Analyst IGS is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team! Someone who would succeed in this role is passionate about search marketing and would be excited to bring their digital experience to our fun-loving group. The Digital Marketing Analyst will manage all web advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, social and retargeting. They will also be responsible for managing tactical SEO initiatives including keyword analysis and site optimizations, project managing web content development, and maintaining SEO best practices on the IGS site.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Daily management of all IGS digital advertising-including managing bids, optimizing placements and keyword research—working towards maintaining a profitable acquisition strategy Collaborate with designers, developers and copywriters to create marketing content and landing pages that are optimized for search engines and for site performance Perform ongoing research on trends, industry updates and keyword expansion Integrate paid search campaign learnings with paid social, search engine optimization, and other digital channels Ability to quickly strategize, develop and execute digital campaigns, owning projects from ideation to iteration Provide recommendations on search and display ad copy that aligns with user targeting and contains specific targeted keywords. IGS is deeply committed to authentic interactions with customers, so ad copy and SEO content must be succinct and emotive while still achieving KPI goals. Execute website and ad tests to collect data and analyze and identify insights that will help achieve maximum ROI and maintain KPIs like CPC, CPL and CTC Communication! Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis Minimum Education & Experience: Proven experience in search engine optimization and search engine marketing Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Skills & Abilities: Experience with Google Analytics (or similar site analytics platform) Experience with various advertising platforms (Adwords, BingAds, etc.) and SEO tools Experience with building digital reports and communicating results to broader audiences Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills to effectively work in a team environment Strong organizational skills and effective time management to operate in a fast paced and creative environment
