Job Description:
The Facilities / Operational Hardware Technician will report to the Director of IT & Workplace Operations and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire company and client sites which includes hardware and software. Additionally, this role will require up to 50% travel and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with facility standards and regulations.
Strategic facility and vendor management including maintenance scheduling.
Establishing and implementing standards for practice and maintaining authority, accountability, and responsibility for staff in their area of responsibility.
Security and badge clearance and access for employees
Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time and correctly.
Facility inventory management

Monitor Driver Safety hardware installed in all vehicles in the fleet. Including inventory and monthly hardware status reports.
Manage vendor schedules for installation and maintenance of Operational Technology.
Support deployment of safety units and rollout of any new safety onboard hardware.
Engage with Operations Team to troubleshoot and fix any operational technology hardware.
