The Mobile Device Solution Architect is a full-time, on-site position, works with corporate clients to create mobile technology related solutions. You will help large corporate clients increase functionality and connectedness in everyday business and you also be working with "edge of the envelope" mobile solutions like healthcare telematics! The Solutions Architect essentially works with the client to formulate the "recipe" that will be executed by your internal business partners. The ideal candidate must possess a firm grasp of connected devices! Experience with mobile solutions in the healthcare sector or connected care would be a huge plus!

Understand and formalize customer business issues/drivers and requirements
Participate in customer proposal development and review process, ensure proposals and statements of work fully align with customer requirements
Evaluate solution approach options and available technology to ensure proposals deliver required capabilities
Effectivity communicate capabilities and functionality of solutions to customers, sales teams and leadership
Collaborate with product development, industry solution organizations to develop solution offerings, resolve critical issues or improve on existing products and capabilities
Define technical objectives, process requirements, constraints, and scope of the solution to be deployed
Identify and design required interfaces and data needs
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability
Ensure detailed user case scenarios are defined and approved for each client solution being deployed
Execute and deliver professional services to plan, qualify, identify devices and components, and establish timeline for solution deployment
Establish milestones on pre-production to prepare all steps for production shipments
Track and manage testing of applications as service is developed for final approval
Determine details of deployment, including packaging, number of boxes, accessories, labeling, cases, marketing and technical collateral
Track contracting with technology suppliers
Collaborate with customer to compose and review Staging Summaries for pilots, gold images and production activities
Qualify New Components in collaboration with suppliers and customers
Manage and address all technical subject matter in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers
Perform peer reviews of work instructions, order documents to suppliers including creation and submission
Support pilots, gold images and production activities in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and customers
Reviews incident reports, change controls and CAPA reports for adequacy of root cause, corrections, corrective actions, preventative actions and effectiveness

Qualifications

Systems Engineering background, with extensive experience (5+ years) supporting large, complex, multinational projects.
Knowledge+- of ISO 13485
Extensive knowledge of mobile device OS, MDM, bulk mobile device enrollment and mobile IP networks
Strong hands on experiences with manufacturing specifications and qualification processes
Excellent English communication skills in front of customers
Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
MS Visio skills strongly preferred.
Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
Proven ability to identify quality issues/discrepancies and effectively and proactively resolve issues in a diplomatic, flexible and constructive manner
