What is a Brand Ambassador?
The Brand Ambassador will raise brand awareness and drive sales within retailers like Ulta and Sephora. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and will be comfortable selling and training in the store environment and over multiple beauty categories (i.e. haircare, skincare, color).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve/exceed brand sales goals.
Executing in-store events.
Build relationships with all in-store staff.
Must be comfortable with product demonstrations.
Confident ability to pull customers and sell.
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
Complete required brand survey with commentary and pictures after every shift.
Knowledge of brand and products.
Ability to educate others including clients and in-store staff on the brand(s).
Build and maintain positive rapport with in-store staff.
Participate in mandatory brand training(s) and video calls.
Able to perform the following physical duties including but not limited to:
Continuous standing/walking for up to 8 hours
Unpacking and lifting boxes
Stocking and filling shelves and drawers
Creating displays and demonstration tables
Consistent and reliable attendance
This position requires the final candidate to complete a background check.
