We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor at our Marysville branch. You will be responsible to oversee the workflow at our Marysville yard. This role is responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between technicians, administration, customers and management. The ideal candidate will be an individual who will be able to guide and train employees. You should be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and are results-driven and focused. The goal of this position is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Essential Job Functions:
Manage daily activities of technicians and drivers
Work in alignment with company goals/objectives for ready status, idle fleet, three year maintenance, and customer service quality standards
Responsible for lease unit repair, maintenance, and overall condition
Perform maintenance on lease fleet as required to keep fleet in rentable condition to Pacific Mobile standards
Adhere to Fleet Repair and Maintenance Budget
Communicate and coordinate with Management, Sales, and Leasing coordinator
Ensure maintenance logs and DVIRs are updated and accurate for all company vehicles and equipment.
Assist Operations Manager to estimate fleet costs for potential improvements, repair considerations, and field work
Oversee subcontractors for fleet repair, improvements and remodels
Perform Bi-weekly yard and material inventories
Responsible for accuracy of unit notes and descriptions
Conduct weekly safety meetings with service and transportation personnel
Active participation and lead safety topic in monthly branch meetings
Maintain proper documentation for branch safety logs
Overall responsibility for facilities maintenance, appearance, organization, and unit identification
Perform inbound lease unit inspections

Pay range $24 to $27 DOE

Supervisory/Management experience
Strong customer service skills
Forklift certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Exceptional knowledge of construction materials and building techniques
Acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Pacific Mobile standards

Physical Requirements:
Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces
Spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
Work outside in all weather conditions
Operate handheld power tools
Wear personal protective equipment
Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
Ability to lift 30 pounds
