AllyO is looking to bring on a passionate customer success manager who will engage, retain and drive customer renewals and growth by ensuring customers realize their desired business outcomes and are satisfied with the experience. The ideal candidate will foster long-lasting relationships with customers, help problem-solve their recruiting challenges and achieve their recruiting goals. You will have the opportunity to work with companies from diverse industries and be a thought-partner for our clients as we transform the recruiting landscape for using advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of business
  • Focus on customer success, which will lead to retention and business growth
  • Understand our customer’s business goals and translate them into the success based metrics
  • Manage deployment projects on budget and within the timelines
  • Manage customer relationships, educate them on AllyO, consult on recruitment best practices, and help them realize value
  • Conduct periodic reviews with customers on product performance and provide thought-leadership on best practices to improve customers’ business performance
  • Be a customer advocate within AllyO and provide input to our product roadmap and business strategy
  • Help AllyO grow our business with our customers

Job Requirements

  • Business acumen
  • Understanding what makes a positive and sticky customer
  • Ability to tailor messages to various audiences - c-level executives to day-to-day users
  • Ability to translate business requirements into project plans and KPIs
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
  • 3+ years’ work experience in an equivalent capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A true passion for customers and customer success
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferably in the HR related space
  • Prior talent acquisition experience is a plus
  • Thirst for learning
  • Ability to travel 20% of your time
