We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for full-time positions.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed
- Must be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
- Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
- Keeps all required documentation current: 90-day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirements
- If the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian on a monthly basis (minimum)
- Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
- Directs case management assigned to patients.
