We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a hearing case manager. This role is vital to supporting our attorneys and paralegals in managing a large volume of client cases.
Job Description: As a hearing case manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive timely and accurate assistance with their Social Security benefit-related inquiries. You will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and utilizing our computer database to manage client information and case documentation.
Duties:
- Handle incoming client calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Make outbound calls to clients and Social Security offices as needed.
- Accurately enter mail and other documents into our database.
- Review and follow up on client cases daily to ensure progress and client satisfaction.
- Assist attorneys with day-to-day duties and case management.
- Review and obtain medical evidence to support client cases.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Law firm experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, DocuSign, or other electronic signature software.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
