Intermark Management Corporation is a privately owned real estate development and management firm that specializes in the development and management of both affordable and conventional multifamily properties in the Southeastern United States. We are seeking a member to join our Training Department to assist in the development and growth of our employees and corporate policies.

The Trainer reports to the Director of Operations and will:
Develop training programs, facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives and ensure development programs are aligned with company's mission, corporate culture, brand, and strategic objectives.
Travel between properties and portfolios to work on site and in classroom settings with staff.
Proactively and collaboratively initiate employee and talent development solutions to enhance service levels and increase efficiencies.
Direct the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure the success and effectiveness of training programs through the establishment of metrics and assessments.
Assesse the organizational development needs of operating, business and functional units; lead the design development and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet employee development needs and program goals.
Provide expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding employee development methods and tools. Travel is required.
Provide consultative and mentoring services to all departments regarding short and long term planning for employee development programs.
Direct and cultivates effective collaboration with third party vendors and programs. Design and deliver of both in-house and with expert third parties, solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, experiential learning, distance learning and online learning.
The overall function is to be integrally involved in the training and retention of our employees and to drive employee engagement & overall performance.
