Dynamic Inside Direct Sales Representative

Our client is the leading in-store media specialist that uses a mix of music, visual, digital and scent media to help its clients communicate with consumers with a view to driving incremental sales at the point-of-purchase. Operating through its two principal divisions; In-Store Media and Retail Point-of-Purchase; Our client works with more than 800 retail chains in more than 40 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

*Responsibilities and Duties:
* * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling and emails

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within our Oracle CRM system
  • Team with internal channel partners to build strategic leads and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Maintain relationships with current clients; expand and present additional product options as appropriate that lead to sales.
  • Consultative Selling: understanding the concerns and needs of the client.
  • Provide top tier account management to insure core customer satisfaction

* * Track record of over-achieving quotas

  • Solid experience in the sales prospecting, negotiating, problem solving
  • 1-4 years of successful inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Capability to build a strong rapport with potential clients
  • Ability to cold call and develop client relationships
