Coordinator / Data Analyst Military Spouse Data Analyst/Coordinator/PM – (Sr. Coordinator, Data Anaylst/Sr. Admin, Jr. PM role), working within the MSFT Military Affairs team
The group runs an Academy for Military Veterans at MSFT. This resource will assist in the pipeline, scheduling, and coordination of events around the newer Military Spouse Pilot program. They will be managing the candidates, assets, and manage the logistics and overall coordination of the candidates and equipment. They will be managing and have access to personal and sensitive information. The academy is for training and job placement in the IT industry. 25% targeted placement within MSFT and 75% placement with over 100 other IT companies. Need to have good budgeting skills, forecasting, and planning. Need to be able to create a PO or have direct expense experience. Strong Excel skills. Having previous Military experience is very helpful but not required.
Candidates need to have at least 18 months of Access/Tenure available for this role as planning on extension for full 18 months.
This is more of an entry-level PM role or Sr-level Coordinator/Admin role. Targeting around 2-3 years of overall experience. Ideal candidate would have military background with a college degree (Associates or Bachelor’s degree) and a couple years of PM type/related experience. Any training, coordination, or implementation experience would be helpful. This is a role that is 33% suited for Data Analysis 33% for project management; and 34% for calendar, schedule, trip management.
Ideal candidate will have very strong to almost expert level Excel skills, Great communication, organization, and be a Veteran or Military Spouse.
