Responsibilities and Duties
- Estimate projects ranging in size from $50k to $3m
- Proficient in reading and interpreting landscape construction drawings, civil plans and specifications
- Perform quantity takeoffs for materials to be ordered
- Handle submittal review and approval processes
- Handle purchasing and procurement of project materials
- Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules
- Responsible for working and supporting Project Superintendent
- Coordinate with general contractor / architect / owner regarding RFI's
- Contact for project inquiries and responsibilities from overall project perspective.
