About this role:
The Head of Customer Program Management at Everguard reporting to the CEO, will play a crucial role within the Sales organization, specifically in overseeing the implementation of customer onboarding processes for deploying AI-based solutions. This position will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to tackle customer pain points, meet their needs, and ensure the smooth management of customer projects from start to finish. Additionally, the role includes managing relationships on a daily basis with customers, partners, engineering teams, and direct reports.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Manage customer relationships to ensure consistent quality of support across all
customers.
· Maintain project timelines to meet customer expectations and project milestones.
· Align with leadership team to define key success metrics that support business priorities.
· Act as the customer’s representative within the organization.
· Deliver updates on critical blockers and present results and field executions to
stakeholders.
· Share valuable field feedback to influence marketing programs and product roadmap.
· Maintain and monitor the operational health of the overall customer experience.
· Implement strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational
efficiency.
· Manage other program managers directly, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
· Demonstrated experience or understanding of Computer Vision, AI, and/or IoT is a plus.
· Exceptional communication skills, including clarity, conciseness, and directness in all
communications.
Minimum Requirements:
· BS degree or similar college level education.
· 6+ years of experience in a customer success role.
· 2+ years of experience leading a team of direct reports.
· Experience working in a technology company.
· Experience in sales or consulting in the industrial segment is a plus.
· Strategic thinker, combined with strong ability to execute plans and drive for results in an ambiguous environment.
· Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in rapidly evolving situations
· Superior customer service and relationship skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
· Hybrid office policy. Remote work option available for employees outside of Southern California
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary: Salary ranging from $120K-$180K per year along with equity. Base salary will be determined based on relevant years of experience, skills and location.

· Leave: 15 days of paid time off (PTO), 5 sick days, 10 paid holidays, and office closure from Christmas to New Year.
