Are you the One? We are seeking candidates who have 4+ years of providing culinary leadership within a medium-sized units. As an Executive Chef 2 with Sodexo, you will:

Implement & coordinate the culinary function;

Direct & train cooks & utility workers;

Ensure food preparation & production meets operational standards;

Plan menus;

Manage catering & retail areas;

Ensure customer & client satisfaction;

Provide financial management including food & labor cost;

Manage food & physical safety programs.

Additional Requirements/Information:
While the COVID-19 vaccination is not typically required by Sodexo, it is required for these specific cross-segment, mobile management positions.
Applicants must be able to drive, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving history.
The minimum commitment to our mobile management positions is nine (9) months. Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities. Exemptions may be granted by the Team Director.
For this remote position, the targeted salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 depending on your experience and qualifications

Position Summary:
Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
