Job Description:
Lead a high-performing, full life-cycle people services function, including delivering integrated services in human resources, recruiting, and resource management by leveraging existing resources and introducing best practices into the people services function. Work closely with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage talent to achieve the internal team's business objectives. Direct responsibility for the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics. Ensure compliance with local employee-related labor laws and internal policies and practices.

Responsibilities include:
Performance management – deliver performance management programs that drive a high-performance culture.
Recruitment and selection – direct and manage the recruitment and selection process, and train managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
Learning and development – implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
Human resources policy – develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
Influence change across the organization

Manage compensation and company benefits program to include:
401(k) administration and 5500 filings,
Enroll and termination of employees in benefit management system and HRIS
Assist employees with benefit and claims questions
Communicate strategy and program updates to leadership team
Provide expertise and consult with business leaders on a variety of compensation programs
Provide counsel to managers and work with HR Business Partners relative to organizational changes as it relates to compensation, salary and benefits administration, etc.
Conduct job analysis and market pricing. Help communicate compensation recommendation to business leaders and provide additional analysis and recommendations as needed
Implement long-range compensation and benefits goals and strategies consistent with business direction and strategy
Manage the governance structures for compensation and benefit plans; specifically, health welfare, retirement (defined contribution and defined benefits)
Vendor management and evaluation in alignment with business needs
Ensure timely company compliance reporting to include EEO-1, Vets 4212, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting with legal employment requirements (i.e. EEO/AAP, OSHA, FLSA, wage hour, ADA, HIPPA)
Workers Compensation Management

Skills needed:
An extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment. (PHR or SPHR preferred)
A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organization
Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas.
Degree in Human Resources Management
Strong communicator; strong administration/organization and project management skills; ability to work within a matrix; customer service mindset; continuous improvement approach
