Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Automation Specialist supports our growing sales team and customer base to implement superb sales and demand generation programs, using the latest and greatest data, sales automation, CRM and reporting tools.
The Specialist will manage sales programs alongside our internal sales organization, using Zoom Info, Outreach.io, Salesforce.com and many other leading technologies.
You will use your creative skills to build great messaging and analytical skills to measure performance. In this role, your primary mission will be the link between the sales team, the customer and the technology, growing sales qualified leads.
You will play a key role within the team by identifying, building, maintaining and optimizing sales outreach, building email, phone and social media campaigns.
You will be responsible for in-depth campaign performance analysis and overseeing campaigns from conception to execution. Your previous marketing automation experience will be helpful as you help create new campaigns and identify optimization opportunities within existing ones. Because you have amazing interpersonal and communicationskills, you’ll work seamlessly with other team members, as well as internal clients.
Finally, you’ll get to leverage your organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage processes and effectively troubleshoot with timely follow up, organization, and professionalism.
