Your work will revolve around…

  • Answering incoming calls, greeting and directing all visitors
  • Setting new appointments and confirming upcoming appointments
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and ordering supplies
  • Communicate and follow-up with clients to get information
  • Assembly of tax returns
  • Sending out documents for signature
  • Scanning and electronic filing
  • Perform various bookkeeping services for multiple clients
  • Preparation of 1099 forms for multiple clients
  • Coordinating meeting needs including, food and beverage, ordering meals, booking space, making reservations, arranging travel, etc.
  • Running errands and making banking deposits

What you have…

  • Office administrative, bookkeeping, accounting or related experience
  • Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Competency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Quickbooks is preferred
  • A desire to learn accounting skills and grow with our company
  • Accounting industry experience or awareness is an asset
  • An outgoing and professional demeanor
  • A sense of humor
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
