SUITE ATTENDANT starts at $10.00 per hour with tips

Overview

The suite attendant is responsible for completing all station set up and breakdown, greeting suite holders and answering any questions they may have, taking game day orders (when applicable) and relaying them to suite runners, checking all food and beverage for quality and accuracy, and relaying any game day concerns to management . Each suite attendant will be assigned to a certain set of suites. Some general job requirements include: station set up and breakdown, bussing suites throughout event, relaying game day orders to suite runners, and any other suite duties as assigned.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Service

  • Follows steps of service
  • Knows and can describe food and beverage menus
  • Establishes rapport with suite holders
  • Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
  • Always exceeds suite holder expectations
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines
  • Acts with a sense of urgency

Controls

  • Maintains service areas
  • Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines
  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies
  • Accurately uses POS system
  • Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • Communicates guest issues to management
  • Adheres to Levy Restaurants guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team

  • Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
  • Helps fellow employees whenever necessary
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties

Job Requirements

  • Lifts and transports up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas
  • Walks and stands during entire shift
  • English reading, writing and math skills required
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications
  • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English
