HR Generalist (1/FT position): To assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department function. Completes initial screening of resumes, assists in maintaining personnel files, assists with the onboarding of new employees, which includes coordinating and preparing for a new hire orientation each month. Assists with benefit enrollment and coordination of all eligible employees. Is also responsible for special projects, monthly reports, and audits as assigned.
Requires: a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and prioritize workload. Strong computer skills – specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,working knowledge of HR management practices, regulations and databases preferred. Must have exceptional people and communication skills, work from a team-centered approach, ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Salary commensurate with experience.
