We Are Looking For A Business Customer Service Representative Who Can:
- Meet with potential customers and respond to basic customer inquiries about services, products, billing, and related topics
- Review accuracy of customer account information and document changes to be made to exceed customer satisfaction
- Work with fellow Customer Service and Sales team members to achieve measurable customer service targets
- Possess a welcoming demeanor towards customers when presented with challenges or objections
- Provide continuous effort to increase the quality of the customer experience, drive company morale and improve business
- Attend training seminars and client meetings to stay on top of relevant product knowledge, current sales promotions, new product launches, and customer acquisition tactics
We Require The Following From Our Business Customer Service Representative:
- High School diploma or hold an equivalent GED
- Ability to manage time wisely and efficiently accomplish assigned tasks
- Proven ability to implement constructive criticism and learn at an accelerated pace
- Energetic and positive team player, ability to operate in a team environment and independently
- Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected with demanding customers at all times
- Positive and considerate attitude towards all interactions with customers and staff members
- Posses high-quality relationships with senior customer service and sales staff
- Implement and adhere to internal policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.28 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
